Your visit. Your choice.
Website privacy notice · Updated October 1, 2026
This notice explains measurement and privacy choices on cody-garcia.com. For questions about this website or information you share with Cody, email cody.garcia@theagencyre.com.
You can allow or decline optional analytics without affecting access to the website.
Optional website analytics
Only after you choose “Allow analytics,” this site loads Google Analytics to understand visits, broad traffic sources, device and browser information, and clicks on Cody’s phone and email links. Google receives technical information associated with these requests, such as your IP address, and uses browser identifiers stored in analytics cookies. Clicking a phone or email link indicates interest; it does not tell us whether a call connected or an email was sent.
This implementation does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, email subject lines, or inquiry text as custom event information. Page addresses sent to Analytics omit arbitrary query parameters and fragments. Only a fixed set of recognized campaign labels is retained. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
Remembering and changing your choice
Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days using local storage and a first-party preference cookie, with session storage as a fallback. If browser settings prevent storage, you may be asked again. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days without renewing that period on every visit.
Use “Analytics preferences” in the website footer, or the control above, to change your choice. Declining prevents this site from loading Google Analytics. If you previously allowed it, declining stops further collection and removes this site’s accessible Google Analytics cookies. It does not erase information already sent to Google. Clearing browser storage also clears the saved choice.
Interactive map
The Transaction Map uses OpenStreetMap to display map tiles. Loading and exploring the map sends technical requests, including your IP address and the map area being viewed, to OpenStreetMap’s servers. This is separate from optional Analytics. The map uses saved property coordinates and does not request your device’s location. Read the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy for details.
Website delivery and external links
The hosting provider processes technical requests needed to deliver and protect the website. Fonts are served directly with the website. Public listing, press and social links take you to other websites with their own privacy practices. Phone and email links open the app you choose; information you send through those apps is handled separately from website analytics.
Read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites for more about its processing.
